Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Return Policy Quinceanera Apparel offers a 14 day return/exchange policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for ANY reason we will refund you for the original purchase price, minus the shipping charges. Please let us know the reason for your return/exchange so we can serve you better in the future. This 14 day Guarantee only applies to full price items. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Please allow 10-14 business days upon receive date of your package at our return center for your return to be processed and credited. If you are requesting an exchange, the exchange will be processed and shipped within that time frame.

To make a return please follow these steps:

1.-Request a "Return Authorization Number" for the product(s) which you would like to return and please specify the reason for your return. Send return request to sales@quinceaneraapparel.com 2.-Wait for an email confirmation with your "RA#" and return approval. 3.-Send all returns to: Quinceanera Apparel, Returns "RA#" (input RA # given by Quinceanera Apparel)

*packages MUST arrive within 10 days of "RA#" issue date.

Important to Note: Return packages WILL NOT be accepted without an official Quinceanera Apparel Authorization Number. Quinceanera Apparel will not accept any items with indication that it has been used, worn or altered from its original condition. Quinceanera Apparel will not accept returns received outside of the conditions stated above. In the event of an exception to this policy, customer will be credited with a 'store credit' and a re-stocking fee up to 15% of the item value may apply. Store Credits are valid up to six months of issue date.

Refund Processing Once your package has been received at Quinceanera Apparel, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via the email address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Quinceanera Apparel.
